
Submit Your Professional Poster for the 2025 Annual Meeting

Share your expertise at the 2025 AEMA Annual Meeting! We are now accepting Professional Posters for inclusion in the Professional Poster Exhibition.
Whether you have a cutting-edge topic or innovative insights, this is your opportunity to contribute to one of the industry’s premier events.
We are accepting posters dealing with exploration, geochemistry, geophysics, metallurgy, engineering, economics, reclamation, operations, and other subjects pertinent to the mining and mineral exploration industry.
This poster exhibition is designed to help bridge science and industry, inspire collaborative efforts in mineral exploration, and showcase research applied to mineral deposits. The core shack and exhibit hall are available for companies interested in promotional-type displays.
Submission Deadline: September 1, 2025
Professional Poster Exhibition Specifications:
Board Dimensions: Each presenter will be provided with a 4’ x 8’ poster board display unit and a chair. Posters may be displayed in either portrait or landscape orientation, but must fit within the provided space.
Display Materials: Display materials should consist of posters, maps, or diagrams of good quality. Push pins will be provided for mounting your materials on the poster board.
Set-Up: Display set-up will take place on Tuesday, December 9, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please have your poster in place during this time.
Presentation Requirements: All presenters are encouraged to be present during designated Exhibit Hall Receptions and Exhibit Hall hours to answer questions and discuss their work.
Content: Posters should clearly present the title, author name(s), affiliations, objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
Removal: Posters must be removed by the close of the exhibit hall. Any materials left behind will be discarded.
COST
The Exhibit Only registration fee is waived for one individual per poster.
Poster Session participants must be either an individual member, be employed by a Corporate member company, or be a government employee. If you are not a current member of AEMA, there is an opportunity to join or renew during registration.
A technical session badge must be purchased if you would like to attend the technical sessions.

Once you receive a confirmation email of your acceptance from Devon Coquillard (dcoquillard@miningamerica.org, please register as an exhibitor online at www.miningamerica.org before November 16, 2024, to avoid the $50 on-site registration late fee. NOTE: Registration will open in July 2025.
