The American Exploration & Mining Association’s Annual Meeting brings together industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the country to exchange ideas, share insights, and shape the future of our field. We invite you to contribute to this dynamic program by submitting a proposal to present.

Submission Guidelines

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Session title and description

  • Key learning objectives (2–3)

  • Proposed session format

  • Speaker(s) information, including bios and headshots (if selected)

  • Primary contact information

All submissions should clearly outline the value to attendees and avoid overt sales pitches.

Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline: June 26, 2026

  • Notification of Acceptance: Fall 2026

  • Final Materials Due: October 15, 2026

Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated by Technical Session Chairs, based on the following:

  • Relevance to the audience

  • Timeliness and importance of the topic

  • Practical application and takeaways

  • Speaker expertise and diversity of perspectives

  • Overall program balance
